Terms and Conditions

There will be no Terms and Conditions on flight reservation for local Airlines. The flight will be confirmed until 1 day prior to fly. So the full fare of flight must be settled to us 2 days prior to fly.

Car Reservation is not confirmed until you settle the advance. But we accept all the Car Reservation as confirmed due to mutual understanding, We are pleased to accept local Kyats or FEC.

Please note the following peak season for Hotel Reservation and Flight Reservation.

The following Terms and Conditions are for Package Tours and Hotel Reservation.

We accept local Kyats, FEC or US$ if you settle on arrival.

Terms and Conditions For Package Tour & Hotel Reservation

Reservation and Deposit

All services for tours, hotel should be booked through the Khine Thazin Tours and Travels Co., Ltd. No deposit is required on booking but personal particulars are required to furnished 20 days prior to the arrival. (Name, Sex, Nationality, Passport No. & date of issue, Occupation, Date & Place of birth).

Payment

Full package fares (US$) must be paid and sent 15 days prior to the arrival by Telegraphic / Telex transfer according to payment procedure.

Payment to be made

Rates

All rates quoted in the accompanying tariff are net cost in US Dollars per person and shall effective up to 31st March 2004. All costs and rates are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice.
Cancellation charges

For any trip cancellation, irrespective of visa rejection by Myanmar embassies, postponement of tours, change of tours, or any other specific reasons, the cancellation charges will be imposed as follows:

Within 11-15days prior to arrival 25% of tour fare per person.

Within  8-10 days      "       "   50%      "      "      "      "

Within     7 days        "       "  100%     "      "      "      "

Refund of unused services

No refund will be given after commencement of travel for service included in the programme and not utilized by clients.

Tour fare includes

The following services are included in our tour costs:

1. Meeting and transfers
2. City sightseeing and excursions
3. Accommodation and meals
4. Internal transportation
5. Entrance fees
6. Airport tax

Responsibility

The Khine Thazin Tours and Travels Co, Ltd. will make full endeavour to keep up with the tour programme. However the irregularity might occur. We shall therefore not to be liable and accept any claim, delay, cut etc.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided at the standard hotel but in the event that it is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative at another hotel of a similar standard.

Visa

Visa is required and obtainable at any Myanmar Embassy Consulate abroad on presentation of Package tour confirmation. Entry visa tourist (EVT) is valid for 28 days.

A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for travellers of coming from or passing through infective areas.
